Online market analysis: finding your niche

Before you create your own web site you need to analyse market size. This type of analysis will give you a chance to undersand "how is the rabbit hole is" and count virtual maximum income before you spend your time and money. There are a lot tools for this matter, but only one is free and complete for this: google adwords.
First step is to create the list of keywords that directed to your niche. The list consists of: all brand in pocket and direction. Example: brand #1 + key phare (SKU name) + key words (buy online). The list must be as huge as you can write. 
Second step is to go to Google adwords and to find average queries per mounth of your keywords and keyphrases: "buy brand 1, buy brand 1 online, buy brand 1 cityname, buy SKU 1, buy SKU 1 online, buy SKU 1 cityname". Broad key "buy brand/SKU" will give you an information about market size: how is the rabbit hole is. Next is "buy brand/SKU online" - size of online niche. Last one - info about your potential sales (revenue), if you were hold 100% market share without any competition. 
Third step is to add convertion rate for your business. Normal convertial rate is around 2%, high is aroud 5%. It depends on your product quality * marketing quality (101 math rule).
Lets imagine the numbers: niche in your local market is 12000 queries * 2% convertion rate = 240 potential buyers a month. Than you need to add your price and margin rate. For example, your average price is 25$, and margin rate is 20%. Calculation is very simple = 240 buyers * 25$ * 0.2 = 1 200$ a month with no competitors added
You can growth convertion rate by product and marketing exelance but market doesn't depends on you.
